1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing https://dnabrander.com and joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your “Founder Access” and your participation in our early-access community.

2. The “Private Beta” & 2026 Launch DNABrander is currently in development. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that:

• The AI engine is not yet live for public use.

• “Founder Access” or “Priority Spot” refers to your place in the queue for the private beta launch.

• Official launch dates (targeted for 2026) are subject to change based on technical calibration.

3. Founder Access & Eligibility We reserve the right to limit the “First 300” founders at our discretion. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. One “spot” is tied to one verified email address. You may not sell or transfer your priority position to another party.

4. Intellectual Property The name “DNABrander,” the 3-minute branding methodology, and all code, logic, and design elements on this site are the exclusive property of DNABrander. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or “scraping” of our AI logic or brand identity is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct If you are granted access to our private beta or community areas, you agree not to:

• Use the tool for any illegal purposes.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the DNABrander AI engine.

• Submit malicious code or spam via our entry forms.

6. Limitation of Liability DNABrander provides the waitlist and future tools “as is.” While we aim for 100% precision in brand generation, we are not liable for any business decisions, trademark conflicts, or financial outcomes resulting from the use of our future AI-generated assets.

7. Termination We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist or revoke beta access if these terms are violated or if the user’s behavior is deemed harmful to the DNABrander community.
